Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:

Please allow 2 business days for your order to process. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new launches. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. Standard domestic shipments typically take 4-5 business days to arrive after they have been shipped. 

Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

Return & Refund policy:

All sales are final and ineligible for return or exchange without exception. 

In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective/damaged item, please email us at support@reidiens.com with your order number, issue and photo proof, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition or that do not meet our quality standards. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis. 

We are a small brand starting out, so as Reidiens grows we will be offering more options for our customers.
