  • How do I cancel an order?

You can only do so in the first 24 hours after your order is placed. Please, contact our customer service team at support@reidiens.com within that time range specifying order number. Once your order has been confirmed and shipped out we will not be able to cancel it.

  • Can I modify an order once I've placed it?

Order changes can potentially be made up until fulfillment has begun.

Please contact our customer service team at support@reidiens.com within the first 24 hours of your purchase, specifying your order number. We will do our best to help you. But keep in mind, if and once your order has been confirmed and shipped out we will not be able to modify it.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At the moment all items are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange without exception. For more information, please see our “Shipping & Return Policy”.

We are a small brand starting out, so as Reidiens grows we will be offering more options for our customers.

  • Where is my package?

Each customer will receive an email with tracking information once the order is confirmed and has left the warehouse. 

You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

  • I never received my order, but it says it was delivered.

Please contact the carrier. Once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse and is in the hands of the carrier we are no longer responsible if the package was lost, stolen or damaged. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

Outside of the US, we currently only ship to Canada. We are working on adding more countries in the future. 

There may be duties and taxes charges imposed by your home country. The buyer is responsible to understand and make payment of these charges.

  • How do I know when items are restocked?

Please subscribe to our newsletter entering your email at the bottom of the site to keep up to date with our newest releases and restocks. 

  • How long will it take to receive my order? 

Please allow 2 business days for your order to process. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new launches. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order.

Standard domestic shipments typically take 4-5 business days to arrive after they have been shipped.

  • What size should I order?

Size guides can be found on the product page of each specific item. Model sizes can be found in the "size and fit" description on each product.
